For these sweet little penguins we recycled small plastic cups by taping them lid to lid. We covered the cups in paper mache, and painted them black. Later, we added eyes, beaks, feet and tummies. Lastly, the penguins were hot glued to salvaged styrofoam pieces with a cool temp hot glue gun.
